Your data, in your new CRM, built around how you work
We map what you have, close the gaps, move every record and rebuild your workflows on top of it. A paid service, quoted after the sale.
Seven steps from your old CRM to the new one
Nothing moves until you have seen the map and approved the gaps. Steps marked You are exports from your current system; the rest is on us.
- 01
Export your tables
YouSend us the structure of what you have now: a list of tables, or a sample export from your current CRM. Contacts, companies, deals, custom fields, whatever you track.
- 02
We map it to our database
On usEvery table and field gets a home in the new schema. Built-in fields first, then company and custom fields, so nothing is shoehorned into the wrong column.
- 03
We find the gaps
On usAnything without a clean match goes on a gap list: missing fields, picklist values, pipeline stages, relationships. You see it and approve it before a single record moves.
- 04
We add, edit and update fields
On usThe gaps get closed in the CRM itself. New fields, renamed ones, updated picklists and stages, so your data lands in a structure built to hold it.
- 05
Your full export
YouWith the map approved, you export everything from your current system: CSV, .sql, Excel, JSON or whatever its main export format is.
- 06
We customize around your data
On usYour records go in, and we build the CRM around them: the database, fields, workflows, triggers and AI automations, shaped to how your business runs.
- 07
Check and sign off
TogetherRecord counts are reconciled against your export and you walk through your own data in the new CRM before launch.
Export in whatever format you have
Most CRMs, from Salesforce and HubSpot to Pipedrive and Zoho, export to CSV out of the box. If yours gives you something else, send that.
CSV
Every major CRM exports it
.sql
Database dumps, MySQL or Postgres
Excel
.xlsx workbooks, one sheet per table
JSON
API exports and backups
Not just an import
Moving records is half the job. The other half is a CRM that fits them, so the work your old system did keeps happening.
Database
Tables and relationships fitted to your records, not the other way round.
Fields
Your custom fields, picklists and stages, named the way your team already talks.
Workflows
Pipelines and hand-offs rebuilt to match how deals actually move.
Triggers
The if-this-then-that rules your old system ran, carried over and improved.
AI automations
Agents and follow-ups set up around your data from day one.
Quoted after the sale
Every migration is different, so it is priced once we have seen your tables. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.
What sets the price
- How many tables and objects you are bringing over
- The number of custom fields and how many gaps they leave
- Record volume and how clean the data is
- How many workflows, triggers and automations to rebuild
Starting fresh instead?
Migration is optional. Without it, the platform is deployed in about two hours and you build your pipeline from the 145M-contact database on day one.
