The one restriction

Don't sell the platform the way we do

You can sell what you build with it and charge your clients to use it. What you can't do is turn around and sell the platform itself.

Not allowed

  • Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the source code as a product
  • Launching a website or business that sells this platform the way we do

Common questions

What you can and can't do

Can I white-label it and charge my clients?
Yes. Put your brand on it, run it as a service and charge your clients for access. You keep what you earn.
Can I build my own product on it?
Yes, as a hosted service you run. A CRM for your industry, sold as subscriptions, is fine. Selling or handing over the source code as a product is not.
Can I resell the source code to another company?
No. You can't resell, sublicense or redistribute the source, or a substantially similar version of it, and you can't run a site selling the platform the way we do.
Who owns what I build?
You do: your copy, every change and extension you or your contractors make, and all your data. Other buyers hold the same rights in their own copies, and we keep selling the original.
Can my developers or an agency work on it?
Yes. Anyone acting for you can change it, and what they build for you is yours.
Does it expire, or do I owe royalties?
No to both. Your rights are perpetual and irrevocable, with no further payment to us.
